There truly IS such a thing and it may be yours! That's why it is so important to check out our web site at: www.fmsmf.org.

Here's how you do it:

On the Fund's home page, click the link called "Musician Resources" located in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. This opens a list of sub-links including one called "Unclaimed Checks."

Click the "Unclaimed Checks" link to go to that page. Once there, click the link to dowload the entire alphabetical list of participants with outstanding monies.

The rest is up to you. Follow the easy-as-pie directions and you're on your way to reclaiming those long lost funds. If you have any trouble at all or have questions, give us a call Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm pacific standard time at 818.755.7777. We'll walk you through the process that will reunite you with those funds.
